What is the return policy?
We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and summer-ready after shopping with us. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we're happy to help you find something that is.
While we are unable to accept returns at this time, we gladly offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style. To begin an exchange, please contact us at hello@apelierresort.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
Sizing & Fit
Our swimwear is designed to fit close to the body for a secure, flattering feel. We recommend selecting your usual size and referring to the size chart below for the best fit.
If you are between sizes or would like personalized sizing assistance, please reach out to hello@apelierresort.com prior to placing your order.
When will I get my order?
Every Apeliér piece is made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow approximately one week for us to carefully sew, prepare, and ship your item.
If you purchase a preorder item, please allow an additional week for production before shipment.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
We will do our best to keep you updated throughout the process, from production and packaging to shipment, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Apeliér products are designed and sewn in the United States.
Our fabrics are imported from premium mills.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00. Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over $150.00.
Each Apeliér piece is made to order and handcrafted with care. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Pre-order items may require an additional week for production.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
